Really nice! I love the colors you used and the way you painted her nose and lips. My only suggestion would be to render her hair a bit more to make it look more organic. Her shoulders also seem a little too wide. (overall really lovely, though!)

Looks really good! Her face is very expressive and I like your use of colors. My one complaint is that there's no clear light source and it makes her look kind of flat.
